SingleMingleNYC’s events are reliant on an equal ratio of attendees. While we do try to work with our daters and encourage daters to be understanding of each others schedule changes, we do ask daters to please notify us with as much notice as possible in order to replace your reservation. Should last minute cancellations, reschedules or weather cause the event to be rescheduled, you will receive your original credit which can be used for any event at any time. Ticket/Credits may also be transferred to a friend. Your purchase will not be issued a refund. All sales are final.
Privacy Policy
SingleMingleNYC is committed to protecting your privacy. You are guaranteed 100% privacy. Only the personal information which you have agreed to divulge will be shared with your SingleMingleNYC Match. At no time will your information be shared with anyone other than a mutual Match. Any person who wishes to use the SingleMingleNYC.com website must be at least 21 years of age. SingleMingleNYC events are intended for use and participation by persons that are over 21 years of age. Therefore, SingleMingleNYC complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. Any information collected or received from anyone under the age of 21 will be promptly removed from our system.
Terms of Use
This agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your use of the website and participation in all SingleMingleNYC events. The terms are subject to change by SingleMingleNYC at any time, effective upon notification to you. Either you or SingleMingleNYC may terminate your registration at any time without explanation, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. SingleMingleNYC reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to our service, without notice, upon any breach of this agreement by you which is brought to our attention. Until such time though, this Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use this web site and/or participate in any SingleMingleNYC events.
By using the SingleMingleNYC website or participating in SingleMingleNYC events, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. These “Terms” apply to all users of the SingleMingleNYC.com website, whether or not they are a registered member. If you do not agree to the terms set forth, please do not register. SingleMingleNYC keeps all information supplied by you confidential. User authorizes SingleMingleNYC to release said information to other Users who you “match” with only.

SingleMingleNYC Events are not a matchmaking service and does not perform background checks on or screen any individuals participating in our events. By registering with SingleMingleNYC you are agreeing that SingleMingleNYC is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may in any way arise out of a SingleMingleNYC event. SingleMingleNYC provides a forum in which singles can meet face to face and does not make any guarantees of any kind. SingleMingleNYC events are held at venues over which SingleMingleNYC and its associates have no control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured or suffer damages of any kind at a SingleMingleNYC you agree to release SingleMingleNYC and its associates from any liability with respect thereof.
Indemnity By Member
User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SingleMingleNYC, its officers, directors, shareholders, consultants, Hosts and Area Managers, agents, employees, partners, affiliates, licensees and subsidiaries from any and all losses, claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable fees, disbursements, and other charges of Counsel), actions, proceedings, liabilities or investigations (whether formal or informal), or threats thereof, based upon, relating to, or arising in connection with your attendance at any of our events, any and all of the services that SingleMingleNYC provides or claims to provide, as well as communications or meetings that you arrange on your own volition and on your own time with others who have participated in a SingleMingleNYC event. You agree that you take sole and complete responsibility for any and all actions that might occur during any meeting, communication or date.
